Pollack and Quinn - Boiler Room

More Pain From Boiler Room Bastards
I am no stranger to the deceit and lies of Boiler Room traders. Here I have found another example of Investment Fraud, taken from a site called Mr Bleak.

"I am now a broken man. I thought I was an intelligent, risk-taking man, but all I am now is a greedy fool who has nothing left. All my years of hard work gone down the drain. God forbid that my wife finds out about what I had done. She’ll never forgive me.

I was the target of a boiler room investment company named Pollack and Quinn, set up solely for the purpose of defrauding small-time investors. They contacted me a couple of months ago, apparently as the company in charged of pre-IPO proceedings for Xcell Solar, Inc. They sounded professional, and had a way of selling that was almost irresistible. Frankly it sounded a little dubious to me at that time, but against my better judgement, I still bought some shares of Xcell Solar. I tried to do some research about the company, but on hindsight, what would I have discovered? The company was virtually non-existent, save for a website with a virtual office address.

Greed caused me to make all the wrong decisions. There is probably no way for me to retrieve back my money, not even a few dollars. Don’t these people have a conscience? How do they sleep at night? In the end, there is no one else to blame but myself. All alone by myself. Maybe I should just end it all here."

Pollack and Quinn are another in a long line of crooks who just get away with it, and destroy ordinary folk like you an me in the process!

How does this kind of stuff still happen? Why don't the US government cull reg S shares once and for all?
